Fallacy is an ongoing series of photographic portraits of friends and close people that have allowed me to see and capture their most human part, without biases of aesthetic canons, advertising stereotypes of beauty and other appreciations of the current commercial system.
These photos break the current aesthetic canons of beauty, showing in physical and mental essence each of those portrayed, some teach us through mockery, anger, frustration and acceptance of themselves, a way to combat the already mentioned aesthetic paradigms in which we are immersed daily by the mass media.
That is why these images are designed to be shown in as many spaces as possible, especially in public spaces where the bombardments of commercial and advertising images that have already become normal in our lives can be reversed.
